We also offer in-house payment plans for up to 3 months. This arrangement MUST be set up before procedures are done.
We will send you a monthly statement so you can keep track of your account. We accept online payments.
While we are not in-network with any dental benefits plans, we can submit your claims for you immediately after treatment. Most insurers will reimburse the patient directly. If your claim is denied, we will work with you and their insurer to resolve the matter.
Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
Most insurers will respond within 4 to 6 weeks. If your statement doesn’t reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please call us. Any balance remaining after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
Remember: You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
